Curtis W. Page

  • State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser
Over 25 years of experience in real estate valuation

“Real estate has been my career and 100% of my professional life since my father introduced it to me in 1977.

My experience includes Court Testimony and Development Presentations before numerous planning commissions. I have thousands of hours of Real Estate valuation, sales, management, & consulting.

I am a true family man. I love spending any free time with my family whether its boating, at a sporting event, or involved with church activities. I play racquetball three days a week and try to keep my drumming skills up in my spare time which with 6 children and 12 grandchildren is only minimal. I am a huge Fresno State fan and a member of the Bulldog Foundation.”

  • Licensed Residential Appraiser, Co-Owner

I have grown up in Clovis and the foothills of Fresno where I am currently living. I have been raised in the appraisal and real estate industry as Curtis Page is my father. I love seeing other people’s homes and really love connecting with people. I have four beautiful children and three cats. I love my country life in a small town in a house on a little over an acre. When I am not being a mom or appraising, I love to spend my free time exercising, on the lake, or anywhere under the sun.

  • Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser

“Buildings and structures always fascinated me as a kid.  As I got older I knew a career real estate was where I wanted to be.”

My real estate career began while attending Fresno State in 2004. I got my real estate license and over the next 8 years I worked as a commercial leasing & sales agent.  In 2012, I switched my focus to the field of appraising.  My abilities range from residential and multi-family projects to more challenging appraisal assignments including commercial properties of all types.  I am married with two kids.  I enjoy architecture, history, and attending Fresno State football games.  In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, teaching & playing music with my kids, and vacations to the beach.

I started appraising in 2011 and love the challenges and differences each assignment presents. I originally started in the construction field and love working with my hands, building things and operating heavy equipment. I enjoy going to homes and seeing improvements they’ve done and personal touches they’ve put on their property. I enjoy music, sports, extreme sports and building custom BMX bikes. I love my wife and kids, they are what truly matters to me. I look forward to furthering my career in appraising, the company continuing to grow and the new challenges that will come! I always take the extra time to talk with the customer and make them feel valued and appreciated.

  • Licensed Residential Appraiser

When I was a little girl, my dad used to drive me around the Central Valley to look at unique homes, whether they were big and fabulous or small and quaint. This seeded in me a love and desire to work in an industry where I could be involved with people and homes on a daily basis. I first started in the appraisal industry in 2002 and was licensed soon after. I took a hiatus in 2008-2010 for personal reasons, but rejoined the industry as an Appraiser Associate, processing reports and assisting in the office. I was recently able to reinstate my Appraiser License and also obtained my license as a Realtor (2021). When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time in Shaver or over at the coast checking out the sites and local homes/cabins or baking sweet treats at home. I also love spending time with my three kids, four dogs and four cats.
